  My favorite agency of all time

  We have been their customers for over 10 years. They always went out of their way to find me, my husband the best rate for car insurance. Our parents recommended them because they, too, are long time customers :-)

  They handle all my insurance for car and house. The staff has changed in the past few months, but they are always helpful and will get an answer if they don't have one right away. Mr. Trump always remembers me and the name of my children.…

  Pros: The staff and Mr. Trump are super helpful and nice Cons: Can get cheaper elsewhere but want a reliable Agent

  The "customer service" is really lacking at this agency. I have had to do all the leg work myself. The receptionist answers the phone but the agent is NEVER there when you need them.

  Pros: they answer the phone Cons: you end up doing all the leg work
